1. Branded Merchandise (Online Store)
We accept refund requests for physical items (apparel, accessories, etc.) within 14 days of delivery, if:

Refunds for services may be granted only under the following conditions:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded unless due to extenuating circumstances approved by our team.

Multi-session programs may offer partial refunds for unused sessions, depending on timing and program terms.

3. Research-Based Programs
If your participation involves a fee (e.g., a paid pilot or research-aligned course), refunds may be issued prior to program start only. After participation begins, no refunds will be granted unless otherwise stated in the program terms.
