At MentalChamp. we're committed to delivering high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be biased.

1. Branded Merchandise (Online Store)

We accept refund requests for physical items (apparel, accessories, etc.) within 14 days of delivery, if:

 

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging and tags are intact

  • You provide proof of purchase

2. Services (Career Readiness, Wellness in Action, Workshops, Coaching)

Refunds for services may be granted only under the following conditions:

 

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded unless due to extenuating circumstances approved by our team.

  • Multi-session programs may offer partial refunds for unused sessions, depending on timing and program terms.

3. Research-Based Programs

If your participation involves a fee (e.g., a paid pilot or research-aligned course), refunds may be issued prior to program start only. After participation begins, no refunds will be granted unless otherwise stated in the program terms.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable products or digital content

  • Custom orders or personalized merchandise

  • Discounted or clearance items
