At MentalChamp. we want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging are intact

Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is provided
Note: Sale items, digital products, or custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [Insert Email Address] with:

Your full name and order number

The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

The reason for return/exchange
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. MentalChamp is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we’ll ship the replacement once we receive and inspect your return. If the item is out of stock, we may issue a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a pre-paid return label and either refund or replace the item promptly.
